Need a Sick Leave Certificate?
- Sick leave will be issued as per DHA policy through the official DHA portal.
- This service is chargeable and a receipt will be provided.
- Please note that no handwritten sick leave certificates will be issued.
- Please remember to inform the plastic surgery nurse once your sick leave is finished, as the system does not allow for backdated sick leave. Additionally, for OPD patients, backdated sick leave cannot be issued.
- Please contact our Plastic Surgery nurse to arrange sick leave documentation.
- Your certificate may also be conveniently sent to your email.
- Kindly contact our Plastic Surgery nurse who will assist you with the process.
